Service level agreements

  • Extensive SLA agreements are provided to our customers who either purchase a long-term service or subscribe to hosting in our data center.
  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime of systems hosted in our data center and managed by our teams.
  • We guarantee an initial response to urgent tickets within 30 minutes.

Money back guarantee conditions

  • Refund requests must be requested formally by email to support@allegiancetek.com with a clearly defined email subject.
  • Money back guarantee only applies to services provided by AllegianceTe. Equipment or software licenses or any fee related to an entity external to AllegianceTek are not covered by the guarantee.
  • Each refund request will be considered and executed within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the request. If a longer period is required, we will inform you in advance in writing by email.
  • All refund requests must be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the purchase date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
  • We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good faith and fully expect our customers to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.

Pay after delivery conditions

  • Pay after delivery requests must be made prior to signing for a new project and must be requested formally by email to support@allegiancetek.com with a clearly defined email subject.
  • Pay after delivery will only apply to eligible services provided by AllegianceTek. Any equipment, software license or fee related to an entity external to AllegianceTek will not be covered by this offer.
  • Each request for payment after delivery will be considered and responded to within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the request.

Payment facilities conditions

  • We offer the possibility to split the one-time payments for short or long projects into 3 or up to 24 payments, depending on the amount to pay, customer history and engagement.
  • Payment facility requests must be made prior to signing for a new project and must be requested formally by email to support@allegiancetek.com with a clearly defined email subject.
  • Payment facility will only apply to eligible services provided by AllegianceTek. Any equipment, software license or fee related to an entity external to AllegianceTek will not be covered by this offer.
  • Each payment facility request will be considered and responded to within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the request.

Terms of service termination

  • Service termination requests must be made in the allocated period (detailed below) and must be requested formally by email to support@allegiancetek.com with a clearly defined email subject.
  • Monthly subscription-based services can be terminated with a 3-month notice period even in the first year.
  • Yearly subscription-based services can be terminated with a 1-month notice period prior to the renewal date.
  • All termination requests will be considered and executed within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the request.

Payment of fees

  • Fees can be paid using commonly accepted credit or debit cards through our trusted 3rd party payment platform. For details about this type of payment please contact us by email at support@allegiancetek.com
  • Fees can also be paid by bank transfer, either to our bank account directly or to our trusted 3rd party payment platform. For details about this type of payment please contact us by email at support@allegiancetek.com
  • Fees can be paid either in USD (United States Dollars) or JPY (Japanese Yen). Please indicate your preferred currency prior to invoice generation.
  • To change your billing information or currency please contact us by email at support@allegiancetek.com with clearly defined subject.

Confidentiality

  • AllegianceTek states and guarantees that it strictly complies with the prevailing regulations on intellectual property and customer’s confidential data protection, and guarantees that any service rendered under the scope of its agreement with a customer does not infringe any third party's rights. Moreover, AllegianceTek will provide an extensive clause for intellectual property and confidential data protection under its service agreement with the customer.
