Start of cooperation
CityExperts saw a massive increase in business and requests in 2022, as the global situation forced thousands of people to move to the nearest accessible country, Serbia. And, because of this massive increase in requests and calls, CityExperts came to us in order to facilitate a rapid expansion of their internal systems and platform.

After a short analysis, we quickly noticed that their network and both client facing and internal platforms operated on fairly old legacy code and systems. To combat this, we assigned a team of IT experts to conduct a through analysis and develop a plan together with their own internal IT team. We then deduced that the only way to facilitate such a rapid expansion is with heavy round the clock optimization while developing new tools on the side. And while this was going on, their system was hosted with us to ensure full functionality until the completion of the project.

Final results
Once all of the tests were done, CityExperts ran their business through us until they were able expand their networking capabilities through recommendations from our team.

After this was done, all of the tools were handed over to CityExperts, and the system was transferred back to their network to be handled by their team in the future.

In the end, CityExperts successfully expanded to the point where they can handle the massive new load of incoming clients, while also getting a set of new and improved tools that the company uses to this day without fault. In the process, the company was also able to acquire several smaller real-estate agencies that were unable to keep up with the speed of CityExperts, further expanding their operations.
