Bringing life to an old company
SMSI is a fairly old, legacy company serving clients for close to 30 years. But even though they have established themselves as professionals over the years, the wear and tear of old tech caused severe problems in their day to day operations. They simply could not keep up with the modern companies that could do in a fraction of a second something that took SMSI minutes to do.

Our team immediately realized that there was no use to try and improve the old outdated systems. They had to do everything from scratch. A security and network management team was assigned to create a brand new network setup which will support all of their needs, while a development team was assigned to create an app from scratch that will support all of their current and future business cases.

Final results
With the new system and app implemented, SMSI was able to “bounce back” into life and increase their capabilities tenfold. And, since they were a well established company, they were easily able to take back the work they lost over the years from inability to keep up with modern companies. Good relationship building goes a long way it seems.

We managed all of their network and security needs up until 2022, when the company officially got acquired by another group and their IT team got assigned to it. And that acquisition can easily be attributed to SMSI dominating the market with their new, fast, optimized, and modernized setup.
