We have assigned a dedicated team to fully manage their cloud infrastructure and monitor, track, optimize, and maintain all of the operations on their network.

Developed a central web app to handle operations

We developed a web app from scratch to handle all of their day to day business operations.

Dedicated security detail

A team is assigned to monitor the security of the network, ensure compliance, as well as conduct threat response and disaster recovery operations.

The Work
All of the tasks were assigned in parallel, with one team handling the app and one setting up the necessary infrastructure. With this approach, we were able to quickly integrate everything and deliver the final program within 3 months of the start.

With the app completed and the infrastructure set up, there was a lot of interest from GroupeNCA to get the app to other companies within their organization, which was also quickly delivered, with all of the companies now operating using the same app and functioning in unison on the same network.

As it always is with newly introduced products, we also had to perform several data recovery operations while people were still learning the new tool and making complex mistakes. Luckily, we planned for all of that in advance so it was a fairly easy recovery.
